1. Who we are
Nyansahub ("we", "our", "us") is an online practice-exam platform operated by Aegis Asset Management LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Ghana. Contact us at [email protected].
2. What we provide
Nyansahub provides study materials and practice questions to help candidates prepare for professional certifications, school leaving exams, and other assessments. Our content is original, authored by our subject-matter contributors, and cites the authoritative references it is based on.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any certifying body including ASHRAE, PMI, WAEC, CompTIA, AWS, Microsoft, or any other organization whose examination we help you prepare for. All trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners.
3. Your account and access
You do not need to create an account to use Nyansahub. Paid unlocks are delivered as one-time codes sent to your email or SMS. You are responsible for keeping your unlock code(s) confidential and using them personally. Codes that appear to be shared publicly, resold, or abused may be revoked without refund.
4. Payment, pricing and refunds
- Payment methods: Ghana Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Visa/Mastercard, and international cards, processed by Paystack.
- Currency: GHS for Ghana customers, USD for international.
- Single-exam unlock: lifetime access to that exam's full question bank and mock exam features on Nyansahub.
- All-Access: one-year subscription covering all exams currently in our catalog and any exams added during your subscription period.
- Refund policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you have used less than 20% of the question bank for the exam you purchased. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with your unlock code and the reason. All-Access subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have completed fewer than 3 mock exams.
- No refunds after the 7-day window or after significant use of the material.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: (a) copy, share, redistribute, or resell our questions, explanations, or any part of the site; (b) use automated tools to scrape our content; (c) attempt to access parts of the site you have not paid for; (d) misuse another person's unlock code; or (e) upload our content to any third-party platform (including sharing sites, discussion forums, or messaging groups).
All content on Nyansahub is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying may result in legal action.
6. Study support only — no guarantee of exam success
Nyansahub is a study aid. We prepare our content carefully from authoritative sources, but passing a real certification or examination depends on many factors: your background, effort, exam-day conditions, and the actual questions the certifying body chooses. We do not and cannot guarantee you will pass. If you have gone through the full question bank, engaged with all domains and modes, and still failed the real exam, please email [email protected] — we will investigate and offer a fair remedy on a case-by-case basis.
7. Content accuracy and updates
We strive for accuracy and cite the source of each question. Exam blueprints and standards change; if you spot an error, please email [email protected] — we correct verified errors and thank contributors.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Paid unlocks give you access to the content you paid for; if we discontinue an exam within your paid period, we will offer equivalent access to another exam or a refund of the unused portion.
9. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect the minimum needed to deliver purchases (email, payment reference), store your practice history on your device (not our servers), and never sell your data.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nyansahub and Aegis Asset Management LTD are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability in any circumstance is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana. For customers outside Ghana, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Material changes will be communicated by email (where we have your email) or by a notice on this page.
